Do you offer both in-person and virtual sessions?

My practice is currently virtual-only. Telehealth allows therapy to be flexible, accessible, and easy to fit into your schedule—whether you’re dialing in from home, your office, or anywhere you have privacy. I offer both Zoom and phone call sessions based on your preference.

What states are you licensed in?

I am licensed to provide therapy to clients located in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia at the time of the session. You must physically be in one of these states during each appointment.

What are your session fees?

Therapy is both an emotional and financial investment, and I take that seriously. Please inquire about current rates. A sliding scale is  available for those with financial need.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, Mentaya can help you submit claims for reimbursement once your deductible is met. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary widely, so I encourage you to review your specific benefits and check out Mentaya prior to beginning therapy.

If you’re unsure whether we’re a good fit, I offer a brief 15-minute consultation call. We can use this time to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore what you’re looking for, and give you a chance to get to know me a little better—essentially, to hear the voice behind the face. To schedule, just reach out through the contact form and someone from my team will follow up within 24 hours.
